早期行为干预在喉癌患者行全喉切除术中的护理效果

Nursing effect of early behavioral intervention after total laryngectomy of laryngeal cancer patients

目的探究对行全喉切除术的喉癌患者实施早期行为干预的护理效果。方法选取接受全喉切除术治疗的90例喉癌患者,按照数字表法随机均分成对照组与试验组,对照组给予常规措施护理,试验组给予早期行为干预护理,对比2组患者的自我护理能力及生存质量评分情况。结果试验组患者的自护责任感、健康知识水平、自我护理技能、自我概念评分分别为(24.43±1.42)分、(54.56±1.56)分、(35.79±1.46)分、(25.21±1.21)分,高于对照组患者的(19.53±1.26)分、(46.36±1.52)分、(28.52±1.43)分、(18.24±1.04)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的生存质量评分(374.11±13.21)分,高于对照组的(255.31±11.29)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的积极应对评分为(29.13±1.12)分,高于对照组患者的(21.36±1.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行全喉切除术的喉癌患者实施早期行为干预,护理效果显著,可提高患者自我护理能力及生存质量,临床意义重大。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of early behavioral intervention in laryn- geal cancer patients undergoing total laryngectomy. Methods Ninety laryngeal cancer patients re- ceiving total laryngectomy in our hospital were enrolled in this study and were equally and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Patients in the control group were given conven- tional nursing, and those in the experimental group were given early behavioral intervention. Self-care ability and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results Self responsibility, health knowledge, self-care skills, and self-concept scores were （24.43 ± 1.42） points, （54.56 ± 1.56） points, （35.79 ± 1.46） points, and （25.21 ± 1.21 ） points in the experimental group, which were significantly higher than （19.53 ± 1.26） points, （46.36 ± 1.52） points, （28.52 ± 1.43 ） points, and （ 18.24 ± 1.04） points in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Quality of life score was （374.11 ± 13.21 ） points in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than （255.31 ± 11.29） points in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Positive coping score was （29.13 ± 1.12） points in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than （21.36 ± 1.01 ） points in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Early behavioral intervention has significant nursing effects in la- ryngeal cancer patients undergoing total laryngectomy with improved self-care ability and higher quali- ty of life. So it is of great clinical significance.
