精准肝癌切除术的围术期护理配合

Perioperative nursing cooperation and experience of precise hepatectomy for liver cancer patients

目的探讨精准肝癌切除术的围术期护理配合及效果。方法选取80例精准肝癌切除术患者,根据随机数字法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(围术期护理干预),各40例,比较2组手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、手术治疗的临床疗效以及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精准肝切除术治疗期间,围术期护理干预能够减少手术创伤,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To study the perioperative nursing cooperation and efficacy of precise hepatectomy for liver cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with precise hepatectomy for liver cancer in our hospital were randomized into control group （routine nursing） and observation group （ perioperative nursing intervention） according to random number method, with 40 patients per group. The times of operation, off-bed time and hospitalization time, the clinical efficacy of surgical treat- ment, and the incidence of postoperative complications in two groups were compared. Results Com- pared with the control group, the times of operation, off-bed time and hospitalization time were signif- icantly reduced in the observation group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Compared with the control group, the total ef- fective rate of surgical treatment was obviously increased in the observation group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly reduced in the observation group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can reduce surgical trauma and decrease the incidence of complication.
