白细胞介素12基因rs3212227多态性与甲状腺乳头状癌的关系 被引量:1

Association of IL-12 rs3212227 Polymorphism with Papillary Thyroid Cancer in a Chinese Population

摘要 目的明确中国汉族人群白细胞介素12(IL-12)基因rs3212227多态性与甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)的相互关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性对211例PTC患者和216个健康对照的IL-12基因rs3212227多态性进行分析。结果 PTC组和健康对照组IL-12基因rs3212227多态性差异无统计学意义,但PTC中携带有A/C和C/C基因型较携带AA基因型在甲状腺被膜浸润上的差异有统计学意义(P=0.047,P=0.035)。结论 IL-12基因rs3212227多态性与PTC的发生没有显著关系,但可能影响PTC对甲状腺被膜的浸润。 Objective The aim of the present study was to clarify the role of interleukin-12( IL-12) gene rs3212227 polymorphism with the risk of papillary thyroid cancer( PTC) in a Chinese population. Methods IL-12 gene rs3212227 polymorphism were genotyped in a case-control study of 211 PTC patients and 216 health controls using polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism( PCR-RFLP).Results No significant difference was noticed in IL-12 rs3212227 polymorphism between PTC patients and healthy controls in the overall analysis. However,we found that PTC patients carrying the A / C and C / C genotypes in rs3212227 had significantly increased risks for developing extra-thyroidal invasion compared with those carrying the AA genotype( P = 0. 047,P = 0. 035,respectively). Conclusion There is no obvious association between IL-12 gene rs3212227 polymorphism and PTC occurance. However,the data elucidate that the rs3212227 polymorphism of IL-12 gene might affect the PTC invasion to thyroid capsule.
