附子参芪三甲汤中西医结合治疗慢性心功能不全86例

Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of the 86 Patients with Chronic Heart Failure with Fuzi-senqi-sanjia Decoction

目的分析慢性心功能不全采用附子参芪三甲汤中西医结合治疗的效果。方法将86例慢性心功能不全患者随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗基础上加用中药附子参芪三甲汤加减治疗阳虚型心功能不全,两组疗程均为30 d,观察两组左室射血分数(LVEF)和6 min步行距离等。结果观察组总有效率为88.37%,对照组为65.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组LVEF和6min步行距离较对照组有明显改善(均P<0.05)。结论附子参芪三甲汤中西医结合治疗慢性心功能不全有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure with Fuzi-senqi-sanjia decotion. Methods 86 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 43 cases in each group. The control group were received routine western medical treatment for 30 d,and the treatment group were received the traditional Chinese medicine with Fuzi-sengqi-sanjia decoction besides the treatment in control group. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（ 88. 37%） outweighed the control group（ 65. 12%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the observation group LVEF and 6 min walking distance were significantly improved（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure with Fuzi-senqi-sanjia decotion have good clinical efficacy and worthy of promotion.
