耳穴埋豆在骨科皮瓣阻断试验中对患者疼痛的效果观察

Observation of Pain Management Acted with Pressing Cowherb Seeds on Ear Acupoint for Orthopedic Patients in Surgical Flap Blocking Test

目的探讨耳穴埋豆在治疗骨科皮瓣阻断试验中患者疼痛反应的效果。方法选择2014年2月至2015年10月在我院诊治的120例皮瓣阻断试验患者,利用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组实施认知行为疗法控制疼痛,观察组实施耳穴埋豆缓解疼痛。使用国际标准疼痛评估数字分级法(NRS)进行疼痛评分。结果两组患者年龄、性别和皮瓣种类等一般资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组耳穴埋豆后NRS疼痛评分(1.88±0.56)低于对照组认知行为疗法的评分(2.93±0.90),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有2例中途退出研究。结论耳穴埋豆能明显减轻患者皮瓣阻断试验过程中的疼痛程度,其疗效优于认知行为疗法。

Objective To evaluate the effects of pressing cowherb seeds on ear acupoint to alleviate pain for orthopedic patients in flap blocking test. Methods From February 2014 to October 2015,120 patients who were in surgical flap blocking test were randomly divided into observation group（ 60 cases） and control group（ 60 cases）. In control group,cognitive behavioral therapy was given to manage pain. In observation group,the therapy of cowherb seeds pressing on ear acupoint was given to alleviate pain. Pain assessment was achieved using digital classification standards（ NRS） for the patients in two groups. Results Except2 cases in control group dropped out of the study,there was no statistical significance on the difference between the two groups on patients age,gender,and types of surgical flaps（ P〉0. 05）. The observation groups after intervention in patients with NRS pain score（ 1. 88 ± 0. 56） was lower than that（ 2. 93 ± 0. 90） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Pressing cowherb seeds on ear acupoint can obviously alleviate pain for patients in blocking test of surgical flap,and the effect of the treatment is better than that of cognitive behavioral therapy.
