甲基苯丙胺检测方法的研究进展

Research Progress on the Detection Methods of Methamphetamine

目的对甲基苯丙胺检测方法的研究进展做综述,期望能对公安司法鉴定机构的毒品鉴定工作提供帮助。方法通过查阅近年来生物样本中甲基苯丙胺的仪器分析技术和方法,综述甲基苯丙胺理化检验方法的研究进展。结果目前甲基苯丙胺的理化检验方法多采用气相色谱法(GC)、气相色谱质谱联用法(GC/MS)、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、液相色谱—质谱联用法(LC/MS)等。其中LC-MS/MS法对甲基苯丙胺的检测高效、灵敏,与之对应的样品前处理方法也最简便和快速。结论建立高效、灵敏的甲基苯丙胺LC-MS/MS检测方法,对禁毒工作和打击相关违法犯罪活动具有重要意义。

Objective To make a review about detection methods of methamphetamine and help for drug identification in the public security and judicial bureau. Methods The recent research articles of physical and chemical detection methods of methamphetamine were searched for the advance of methamphetamine detection method in biological samples. Results At present,the physical and chemical testing method of methamphetamine included gas chromatography（ GC）,gas chromatography-mass spectrometer（ GC / MS）,high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC） and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer（ LC-MS / MS）et al. The LC-MS / MS method was more effective and sensitive than others,which has a convenient and efficient sample pretreatment method. Conclusion Establishing an efficient and sensitive detection method of methamphetamine was significant for controlling methamphetamine abuse and fighting against criminals.
