摘要 基于响应的暂态稳定判别与控制技术是当前电力系统安全稳定领域的研究热点。目前已经提出了多种不同原理的暂态稳定判别技术,但距工程应用尚需解决很多问题。为分析比较各种判别技术的有效性和适用性,开发了一个基于广域响应的大电网暂态稳定判别原型系统。原型系统以PMU实时量测数据作为输入,分别实现了多种基于响应的暂态失稳判别技术的实时评估与可视化展示。介绍了原型系统的框架结构设计、功能模块实现和工程应用情况,并从时间尺度、数据量测以及控制策略生成等方面为基于响应的暂态稳定控制的下一步发展方向提出了建议。工程应用表明所开发的原型系统具有较好的使用价值,是分析比较各种基于广域响应的暂态稳定判别技术的有效工具。 The wide area response based transient stability detection and control technology has become a hot research area in power system stability studies. Currently several different technologies have been proposed,but lots of problems still need to be solved before they can be applied to practice. In order to effectively analyze and compare the validity and practicability of these transient stability de-tection technologies,a wide area measurement system (WAMS)based prototype system is developed for power system real-time tran-sient stability detection and control. Based on real-time measured data from PMU,the system simultaneously implements various re-sponse based transient stability detection and control technologies and provides visual presentation of results. The design of framework structure,implementation of function modules and engineering applications of the system are presented. Meanwhile,suggestions on fu-ture orientation of wide area response based transient stability control are given in the following aspects including time delay,data ac-quisition and control schemes generation. Engineering application demonstrates that the prototype system has a good perspective and is an effective tool for analysis and comparison of the wide area response based transient stability detection methods.
