气道喷射汽油车不同工况时的颗粒物排放

摘要 本文针对气道喷射汽油车,按照整车排放试验的要求,利用定容稀释系统(CVS)和滤膜称重的方法,选择具有代表性的7辆气道喷射汽油车,研究行驶工况对汽油车颗粒物排放的影响。试验结果表明,气道喷射汽油车在EUDC工况时,其颗粒物排放因子大于ECE工况;小排量车的颗粒物排放较低,但在高速工况时的增加幅度较高;如以运行时间计算,气道喷射汽油车怠速与ECE工况的颗粒物排放基本处在同一水平。 Focusing on port fuel injection gasoline (PFI) vehicles, the effects of working condi- tion on PM emissions were investigated using constant volume dilution system (CVS) and filter load- ing method under vehicle emission test regulations. 7 passenger cars were chosen for emission test. The results show that the PM emission of PFI vehicle in EUDC is higher than ECE. Vehicles with smaller displacement engine emit less PM but it increases sharply during higher vehicle speed. PM emission in idling of PFI vehicles is similar with ECE.
