摘要
本文通过对缸径大于300的气体发动机起动系统上起动阀频繁卡死问题进行了分析,指出故障原因及原起动阀结构设计缺陷,提出了改进措施与方法,并对新设计的起动阀进行了起动校核计算,解决了起动阀频繁卡死与易漏气问题,提高了起动阀使用过程中的可靠性与安全性。
In this paper, frequent stuck of the starting valve on the starting system of 300 series gas engine was analyzed, the fault causes and defects in the structural design of original starting valve were pointed out, and the improvement measures and methods were put forward. Furthermore, start checking calculation was conducted for new designed starting valve, so that frequent stuck and gas leakage of the starting valve were solved, and its reliability and safety in the process of use were im- proved.
