摘要
目的:探讨界面理论在骨折患者健康教育中的应用方法及效果。方法:将154例骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组各77例,对照组采用常规横断面方式实施健康教育,观察组采用界面理论制定并实施健康教育,比较两组健康教育效果。结果:两组患者临床认知程度及护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用界面理论开展健康教育可改善骨折患者的临床认知程度,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of interface theory in health education for fracture patients.Methods:154 patients with fracture were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(77 cases in each group).The conven-tional cross-sectional way was used to carry out health education in the control group and the theory of interface was adopted to develop and conduct health education in the observation group,the effect of health education was compared between the two groups.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of clinical cognition level and nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P〈0. 05).Conclusion:Application of the interface theory in carrying out health education can improve the clinical cognition level of fracture pa-tients and the nursing satisfaction as well.
