摘要
目的:探讨基于问题的学习(PBL)-计算机辅助教学(CAI)-以授课为基础的学习(LBL)整合教学方法在手术室专科护士培训中的应用方法及效果。方法:将2013年参加手术室专科护士培训的24名学员作为对照组,采用LBL和CAI相结合的教学方法;将2014年参加手术室专科护士培训的24名学员作为实验组,采用PBL-CAI-LBL整合的讨论式和启发式互动教学方法。比较两组理论考试和技能操作考核情况,并对两组患者实施双盲法问卷调查。结果:实验组考试成绩优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组学员双盲法问卷调查各项指标平均提升率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL-CAI-LBL整合教学方法具有发挥创新、激发思维等优越性,可有效提升教学质量。
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of the PBL-CAI-LBL integrated teaching method in the training of specialty nurses in operation room.Methods:24 participants who attended the training of specialty nurses in operation room in 2013 were taken as the control group,LBL combined with CAI teaching method was used in this group;other 24 participants attending the training in 2014 were taken as the experimental group,the discussion,heuristic and interactive teaching methods based on the integration of PBL-CAI-LBL was adopted in this group.The results of theoretical examination and skills operation assessment were compared between the two groups,and the double blind questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the patients in the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of the exam results was higher in the experimental group than the control group(P〈0.05);the average rate of improvement of the participants was higher than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:PBL-CAI-LBL integrated teaching method has the advantages of innovation and stimulating thinking,which can effectively improve the teaching quality.
