疝环充填式无张力修补术疗效观察及手术体会(附170例报告)

The experience of the tension-free repair in inguinal hernia

目的 :观察聚丙烯网、网片修复腹股沟疝的疗效。方法 :回顾分析本院 1999年 1月到2 0 0 2年 1月收治的 170例腹股沟疝病人。其中左腹股沟斜疝 2 7例 ,右腹股沟斜疝 118例 ,左腹股沟直疝 11例 ,右腹股沟直疝 10例 ,双侧腹股沟斜疝 4例。所有病人均采用美国巴德公司提供的丙聚烯锥形网、网片作为修补材料。结果 :所有病人切口均一期愈合。随访病人 15 0例 ,随访时间从 2个月到 3年 ,无一复发。结论 :疝环充填式无张力修补术近期疗效满意 。

Objective: To assess the results of tension-free repair in inguinal hernia. Methods:170 patients who were subjected to the repair in the First Affiliated Hospital of NJMU from Jan 1999 to Jan 2002 were reviewed.Among these cases,there were 27 left indirect hernias,118 right indirect hernias,11 left direct hernias,10 right direct hernias and 4 bilateral indirect hernias.The material of repair was Bard Marlex Mesh PerFix Plug. Results: All patients had first intention healing.No recurrence was observed again in the follow-up period from 2 months to 3 years after operation. Conclusion: The results of the tension-free repair in inguinal hernia were satisfactory.
