高龄自发性脑出血的手术治疗

The operation for old age spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage

目的 :探讨高龄自发性脑出血手术治疗的疗效与特点。方法 :对高龄脑出血患者根据病情特点选择不同的手术方式。结果 :4 5例患者死亡 14例 ,死亡率 31.1% ,存活者生活质量较好。结论 :高龄并非手术禁忌症 。

Objective: To assess the clinical effects of operatian for old age spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The different operation methods were selected according to patient's condition. Result: 14 cases died in all the 45 cases. death rate is 31.1% and most parts of the survival lived a good quality life. Conclusion: Old age is not the contraindication of the operation the suitable operation can bring a fairly satisfactive effect.
