利用废菌渣栽培姬松茸优良菌株的筛选试验 被引量:6

摘要 通过试验对福建省6个姬松茸(Agaricus blazei)菌株(N-2、姬A、姬松茸2号、姬松茸11号、A3、A8)在废菌渣栽培过程中的试管菌丝生长状况、栽培料菌丝生长状况、子实体产量和子实体农艺性状等方面进行比较研究。结果表明,姬松茸菌株A8的前3潮子实体平均产量最高,为8.75 kg·m^(-2),与其它菌株的产量相比差异均达到极显著水平,生物转化率为48.6%,菌丝生长状况和子实体农艺性状良好,是适合在莆田市进行废菌渣栽培的优良菌株。 Through the test on 6 strains of Agaricus blazei Murrill in the cultivation using waste residue, mycelium growth conditions on the culture medium of test-tube and cultivation materials in Fujian province, fruitbody yield and agriculture characters, and other aspects were compared. The results showed that the fruitbody yield about the first three tide of strain A8 is the highest, with 8.75 kg·m-2, the yield difference with other strains reached extremely significant level, the biological conversion rate is 48.6%, the mycelium growth conditions and fruitbody agriculture characters is good. The superior strains of strain A8 is suitable for cultivation using waste residue in Putian city.
