大皮重小称量双传感器电子平台秤的设计

摘要 本文通过对大皮重小称量电子平台秤的基本要求分析,提出了采用双杠杆平衡大皮重、双数字式传感器测量物料的方法,达到平衡或减少大皮重,提高平台秤称量分辨率和准确度的目的,有效的解决了大皮重小称量电子平台秤的精度问题,从而保证了大皮重小称量物料的计量。 This paper, analyzing the basic requirement of electronic platform scale with large tare and small metage, puts forward a method which uses double lever to counterpoise the large tare and measures material by double digital sensors is proposed to balance or decrease the great tare and improved the resolution ratio and the measurement accuracy of plalform weighing scale, and effectively solves the accuracy problem of electronic platform scale in measuring the materials under the large tare and small metage, thereby ensures the materials measurement in the condition of the large tare and small metage
