乌灵胶囊联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗老年抑郁症疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on Senile Depression Treated by Wuling Capsules Combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation

目的:观察乌灵胶囊联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗老年抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:120例随机分成两组各60例。实验组予乌灵胶囊联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,对照组单用重复经颅磁刺激治疗,疗程8周。结果:实验组治疗第1、4、8周末HAMD评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),对照组第4、8周末HAMD评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。第1周末实验组疗效好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗老年抑郁症疗效较单用重复经颅磁刺激治疗起效更快,安全性良好。

Objective ： To compare the therapeutic effect and safety on senile depression by rTMS combined with Wuling capsule and rTMS alone. Method： 120 cases （age ≥ 60 ） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group included 60 cases. The treatment group were treated with rTMS combined with Wuling capsule group while the control group were treated with rTMS alone, 8 weeks as 1 course of treatment. HAMD was used to assess the efficacy. Result ： The HAMD score of post-treatment at the end of the 1st week, the 4th week and the 8th week was obviously lower than that of pre-treatment in the treatment group （ P〈0.05 ） . The HAMD score of post-treatment at the end of the 4th week and the 8th week was obviously lower than that of pre-treatment in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The therapeutic effect of treatment group was superior to that of the control group at the end of the 1st week （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The therapeutic effect on senile depression by rTMS combined with Wuling capsule is the same with rTMS alone but act earlier. The adverse reaction is less.
