化痰通络法治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Stable Angina Pectoris Treated by Resolving Phlegm and Dredging Collaterals Method

目的:观察化痰通络法治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为两组各50例,两组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组加用栝楼薤白半夏汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗,疗程均为2周。观察心绞痛疗效及发作次数、持续时间的变化以及硝酸甘油用量情况,并检测治疗前后C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血液流变学指标情况。结果:总有效率治疗组88.0%、对照组76.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间及硝酸甘油用量与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组CRP、血液流变学指标与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:栝楼薤白半夏汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗稳定型心绞痛临床疗效较好,其作用机制可能与降低血清CRP、改善血液流变学水平以防止不稳定斑块破裂有关。

Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on stable angina pectoris treated by resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals method. Method： 100 cases were divided into 2 groups in random, 50 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy of western medicine and the treatment group were treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pills in addition. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. The therapeutic effect of angina pectoris, the changes of attack times and duration time and the condition of nitroglycerin doses were observed and the changes of CRP and hemorheology before and after treatment were detected. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.0% while that of the control group was 76.0%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . There was statistical significance in attack times and duration time of angina pectoris and the condition of nitroglycerin doses of the two groups between before and after treatment （ P〈0.05 ） and there was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . There was statistical significance in CRP and hemorheology of angina pectoris and the condition of nitroglycerin doses of the two groups between before and after treatment （ P〈0.05 ） and there was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The clinical therapeutic effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pills has good clinical therapeutic effect on stable angina pectoris. The mechanism may be related to decreasing CRP in serum and improving hemorheology level in order to prevent instable plaque fracture.
