糖络通颗粒治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Non-proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy Treated by Tangluotong Granules

目的:观察糖络通颗粒治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:60例(120只眼)随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予羟苯磺酸钙治疗,治疗组给予糖络通颗粒治疗,观察两组治疗前后视力、眼底视网膜改善情况,总结和评价其疗效。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组视力及视网膜改善明显(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组81.67%,对照组66.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖络通颗粒治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变有明显疗效且不良反应少。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Tangluotong Granule in the treatment of the nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy. Method： 60 cases（120 eyes） with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group were received with calcium dobesilate while the treatment group were treated with Tangluotong Granule. Before and after the treatment, the eyesight and the improve of retinalin in the two groups were observed to summarize and evaluated the therapeutic effect. Result： After the treatment, the eyesight and the improve of retinalin showed more significant improvement in the treatment group than in the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .The total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.67% while that of the control group was 66.67% and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Tangluotong Granule has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of non- proliferative diabetic retinopathy, with less adverse reaction.
