头孢类药物引发不良反应原因与对策

Causes and countermeasures of adverse reactions induced by cephalosporin

目的探讨头孢类药物引发不良反应的原因与对策。方法选取50例出现头孢类药物不良反应患者,设为观察组;150例同期用药未出现不良反应患者设为对照组,回顾性分析2组临床资料,统计观察组引发不良反应的头孢类药物种类不良反应类型及原因及对照组非头孢类药物引发的不良反应,并进行比较。结果引发不良反应的头孢类药物以3代头孢类药物为主;患者存在过敏体质、有过敏史和用药后饮酒等均为引发不良反应高风险因素。结论使用头孢类药物需明确用药指征,严密监控患者用药过程,积极建立不良反应防范应对措施。

Objective To explore the causes of adverse reaction of cephalosporin. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with adverse drug reactions of eephalosporin were selected as the observation group;The clinical data of 150 patients without adverse drug reactions of cephalosporin in the same period were selected as control group. Retrospective analysis of the types of cephalosporin, types of adverse reactions and reasons. Results Adverse drug reactions occurred mainly in the third generation of cephalosporin ; Patients with allergic constitution, allergic history, and drinking and so on are all factors that lead to the high risk factors of adverse reactions. Conclusion Use of cephalosporin, need to clear indications of drug use, closely mo- nitor the patient medication process, and actively establish adverse reactions to prevent response measures.
