摘要
目的:优化复方江南卷柏散提取工艺。方法:采用多指标正交试验。以芹菜素-6-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-8-C-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(YⅡ)含量、落新妇苷含量和浸膏得率的综合评分为指标,筛选最优加水倍数、提取时间和提取次数;同时进行验证试验。结果:筛选的最优提取工艺为加12倍水量提取3次,每次1 h;验证试验中YⅡ含量为0.350 6 mg/g(RSD=1.207 4%,n=3)、落新妇苷的含量为1.406 0 mg/g(RSD=1.459 8%,n=3)、浸膏得率为23.066 6%(RSD=1.660 3%,n=3)。结论:该工艺科学合理,可用于复方江南卷柏散的提取。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of Compound Selaginella moellendorffii powder. METHODS: The amount of water, extracting time and times were screened by orthogonal test using the content of 6-C-β-D-glucopyrano- sul-8-C-β-D-xylopyranosyl apigonin (Y Ⅱ ) and astilbin, the yield of extract as index. The validation test was conducted. RESULTS: The optimal extraction technology was as follows as 12-fold water, decocting 3 times, 1 h each time; in validation test, the content of Y Ⅱ and astilbin were 0.350 6 mg/g (RSD=1.207 4%, n=3) and 1.406 0 mg/g (RSD=1.459 8%, n=3); the yield of extract was 23.066 6% (RSD=1.660 3%, n=3). CONCLUSIONS: The technology is reasonable and scientific, and can be used for the extraction of Compound S. moellendorffii powder.
