碳纤维复材与混凝土有效黏结长度及疲劳寿命试验研究 被引量:1

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE CRITICAL BOND LENGTH AND FATIGUE LIFE BETWEEN CFRP AND CONCRETE

摘要 通过6组梁式试件的疲劳加载试验,研究混凝土强度与疲劳荷载幅值对碳纤维复材(CFRP)与混凝土界面间有效黏结长度的影响,建立梁式试验构件的疲劳寿命计算式。试验结果显示:疲劳荷载幅值T及混凝土强度对碳纤维复材与混凝土界面间有效黏结长度影响不显著,有效黏结长度确定在40 mm左右;构件疲劳寿命随混凝土强度增大而增加,随疲劳荷载幅值T增大而大幅度减小,绘出相应的T-N曲线、fcm-N曲线,并推导出反映混凝土强度和疲劳幅值影响的疲劳寿命表达式,计算结果与试验结果符合较好。 Fatigue loading tests of 6 beam specimens were conducted to investigate the effect of concrete strength and fatigue load amplitude on the critical bond length between CFRP and concrete,and establish the calculation formula of fatigue life. The results showed that the influence of compressive strength of concrete and fatigue load amplitude T on the critical bond length was not significant,the critical bond length could be fixed as about 40 mm. The fatigue life of beam specimen was increased with the increase of compressive strength of concrete and decreased with the increase of fatigue load amplitude T. The T- N curve and fcm- N curve were drawn,furthermore,the fatigue life expression reflecting the effect of compressive strength of concrete and fatigue load was deduced,whose calculated results agreed well with test results.
