摘要
在本公司某车型的系统热管理概念设计阶段,通过采用一维和三维耦合仿真分析方法及三维CFD仿真分析方法对发动机舱的总布置方案及各零部件热参数进行模拟分析优化。在车型开发后期通过整车环境模拟试验验证了仿真分析的正确性。该仿真分析方法不仅缩短了开发周期,而且为高效热管理系统开发提供参考。
In the concept design of thermal management system of a vehicle model made by GAC, simulation analysis and optimization of engine compartment layout and components' thermal parameter were made with 1D and 3D coupling simulation analysis and 3D CFD simulation analysis. Validity of simulation analysis was made through environment simulation test in the later stage of development. The simulation analysis method not only shortens development cycle, but also provides reference for the development of high efficient thermal management system.
