摘要
为提升纯电动轿车在侧面碰撞过程中对动力电池和驾驶员的保护性能,对电动汽车车身结构进行了研究。通过对侧碰过程中电动汽车车身变形模式的分析,提出了对电动汽车B柱结构和地板结构的改进方案,根据改进方案设计了车身地板构架结构。通过仿真和试验表明,改进后的车身地板对电池和驾驶员都有较好的保护性能。
In order to improve the protection performance of electric car, especially, the safety capability for battery and driver in course of lateral collision, the body structure of electric car is researched. After analyzing body deformation mode during lateral collision, an improvement plan for B-pillar structure and floor structure of electric car is proposed, based on this plan, ear underbody framework is designed. Both simulation and test indicate that the improved underbody and battery can provide fairly good protection to the battery and driver.
