去氧孕烯炔雌醇片与雌激素治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果观察

Effect observation of desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets and estrogen in treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的对比研究去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆)与雌激素对青春期功能失调性子宫出血的治疗效果。方法随机选取2013年10月至2015年4月收治的60例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者,根据药物应用的不同分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组患者口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆),对照组应用雌激素肌肉注射。对比分析两组的临床疗效、出血控制时间和止血控制时间等。结果经治疗观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组(76.67%),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的出血控制时间和止血控制时间以及不良反应发生率对比结果差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论青春期功能失调性子宫出血应用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆)治疗疗效显著,出血控制时间和止血控制时间迅速,值得推广使用。

Objective To compare the effect of desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets （Marvelon） and estrogen treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods In our hospital from October 2013 to April 2015 were treated 60 cases of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding, depending on the application of the drug divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Observation group were oral desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets （Marvelon）, the control group estrogen intramuscular injection. Comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups, control of bleeding time and bleeding control time. Results After treatment observation group total effective rate was 93.33%, significandy higher （76. 67% ）, two sets of data difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. After treatment, control of bleeding time and bleeding control time and incidence of adverse reactions comparative results vary significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding application desogestrel ethi- nyl estradiol tablets （Marvelon） treatment effect is significant, bleeding and bleeding time control time control quickly, should be introduced.
