摘要
目的探讨宫颈癌放疗后放射性膀胱炎治疗方法。方法分步治疗第一步应用凝血酶溶液(凝血酶1000U+氯化钠注射液40ml)膀胱灌注,第二步采用经尿道等离子电凝,第三步应用高压氧(0.25MPa高压氧,每次60min)治疗。结果第一步治愈10例(10/31),治愈率31%,8例缓解,13例无效,第二步治疗后,17例治愈,3例均缓解,1例无效,治愈率80.95%,前两步总治愈率87.09%第三步治疗后治愈3例,1例无效,前三步总治愈率为96.71%。结论应用凝血酶膀胱灌注、经尿道等离子电凝加高压氧三步治疗,是治疗宫颈癌放疗后放射性膀胱炎的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the treatment of radiation cystitis from cervical cancer, which from radiotherapy. Methods The first step in the application step therapy is thrombin solution (thrombin 1000U + Sodium Chloride Injection 40ml). The second step uses transurethral plasma coagulation. The third step is the application of hyperbaric oxygen (0. 25MPa hyperbaric oxygen, every 60min) treatment. Results The first step to cure 10 cases ( 10/31 ), the cure rate is 31%, 8 cases of remission, 13 cases ineffective. After the second step of treatment, 17 cases were cured, three cases were relieved, one case is invalid, the cure rate is 80. 95%. The first two steps of the total cure rate is 87. 09%. After the thiixt step treatment to cure three cases, one case is invalid, the first three steps of the total cure rate was 96. 71%. Conclusion Intravesical application of thrombin, transurethral plasma coagulation plus three steps hyperbaric oxygen therapy is an effective method of treatment of radiation cystitis after cervical cancer radiotherapy.
