钠基蒙脱土的有机改性及表征 被引量:5

Organic Modification and Characterization of Na-montmorillonite

摘要 分别采用3种有机改性剂十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵(OTAB)改性钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT),讨论了改性剂种类、改性剂与蒙脱土的质量比、反应溶液的pH值对有机化蒙脱土的结构和表面性能的影响。使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、接触角测试仪对样品进行综合分析,分析结果表明:OTAB较DTAB、CTAB的插层效果更好,其层间距达到2.50nm,且当改性剂用量为100mmol/100g蒙脱土,pH=6时,其改性效果最佳。 Using dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide(DTAB),cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB),octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(OTAB),sodium montmorillonite was modified,and the types of modifiers,modifier and montmorillonite mass ratio,reaction pH value of organic montmorillonite,structural and surface properties were discussed in detail.The samples were systemically characterized with XRD,FTIR,contact angle tester,and the results showed that OTAC had a better intercalation effect than DTAB and CTAB;its basal spacing was 2.50 nm.And when the optimum amount of modifier was 100mmol/100 g montmorillonite,the value of pH was 6,this moment the modification was optimal.
