Present Situations and Development Countermeasures of Agriculture Intellectual Property Protection in Jiangsu Province

为了对江苏省农业知识产权进行更为有效的保护和管理,通过对江苏省农业知识产权发展现状及存在问题的分析研究,提出从制定战略纲要、提升管理水平、健全保护机制、健全服务体系、加强人才培养等5个方面加强江苏省农业知识产权发展的对策,以促进江苏省农业知识产权事业健康发展。

In order to protect and manage the agriculture intellectual property of Jiangsu Province more effectively,the statement and problems of agriculture intellectual property were analyzed. The countermeasures of strengthening development of Jiangsu Province agricultural intellectual property were put forward, including formulating strategy outline, promoting management level, improving protection mechanism, perfecting service system, and strengthening personnel training.In order to promote the healthy development of agricultural intellectual property business in Jiangsu Province.
