Agricultural microbiology is an important specialized basic course for agronomy class students,which focused on the experimental practice and operation technology. According to students of different professional background, carry out innovation experiment teaching for improving the efficiency of experiment teaching and the quality is extremely essential. In the current study ,reform of experimental teaching contents design and examination mode innovation were discussed,which will provide the necessary theoretical guidance for the agricultural microbiology experimental teaching.
