摘要 以西藏措勤县多能互补孤立型微网示范工程为实例,首先,介绍了风力发电、光伏发电、柴油发电、蓄电池储能和水电的规模及组成。其次,重点分析了水电机组运行特性及基于虚拟同步发电机(VSG)控制的储能用电压源型逆变器运行特性,并对VSG同期并列装置及零起升压时间进行了优化设计,使其适应系统不同运行模式的要求。然后,详细给出了多微网系统的供电方式及其操作流程。最后,通过实际工程的运行考核,验证了所提控制策略的可行性与有效性。 In the background of Tibet Cuoqin multi-energy complementary isolated microgrid demonstration power plant project,the microgrid characteristics are presented together with the system scale and composition consisting of wind turbines,photovoltaic,diesel generator,battery energy storage and hydropower. The operating characteristics of hydroelectric generating units as well as the voltage source inverter based on virtual synchronous generator( VSG) are analyzed. Besides,both the synchronization device and the zeroinitial voltage boosting time of VSG are optimized to guarantee seamless switching in different system operation modes. Additionally,the power supply modes and operation process of the multi-microgrid system are demonstrated in detail. Finally,field tested results of the microgrid are utilized to confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
