摘要
患者满意度受到医院及社会的广泛关注,并逐渐成为衡量医院质量的金标准。本文从满意度测评考核方法、结果运用、跟踪整改效果等方面对医院满意度测评考核体系进行了详细阐述,并就具体实施情况进行分析探讨,对经验做法及不足进行总结。结果认为,医院建立了比较科学的满意度测评考核体系,可有效促进医院服务品质和管理水平。
Patient satisfaction has been widely concerned and gradually become a gold standard to measure the quality of modern hospital. In this paper, the construction of hospital satisfaction evaluation system is described in detail, scientific satisfaction management level the experience of the practice and deficiencies are summarized.
