Brexit supporters dominated the UK referendum campaign. However, this referendum result is not legally binding. It is still unknown whether the UK will officially leave the European Union. The uncertainty arising from the referendum will have a negative impact on UK＇s trade relations and European integration. Fortunately, Brexit has slowed down the pace of the Federal Reserve to hike interest rates. This will mitigate the pressure on capital outflow and currency depreciation China is facing.
