摘要
目的调查广州市3个小区慢性病老年人健康状况和居家护理需求。方法随机抽取本市3个小区慢性病老年人425名,用自制的问卷和SF-36量表进行调查。结果调查结果显示居于前5位的慢性疾病的高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、高血脂和骨关节病;女性健康状况优于男性(P﹤0.05);老年人居家护理需求主要是基础的疾病监测手段和疼痛护理。结论本市老年人存在不同程度的慢性病患病情况,需要针对性的加强疾病监测和健康教育,同时要注重心理健康教育的开展。
Objective To investigate the health conditions and home care needs of the elderly with chronic diseases in 3 communities, Guangzhou. Methods 425 cases of elderly with chronic diseases were randomly collected from 3 communities, investigated with homemade questionnaire and SF-36 scale. Results The top five chronic diseases were ypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, high cholesterol and bone and joint disease; women＇s health status better than men（P﹤0.05）; the home care needs of the elderly were disease surveillance and pain treatments. Conclusion Varying degrees of chronic diseases in the elderly of Guangzhou, needs to strengthen targeted disease surveillance and health education, and focus on mental health education.
