目的对某包装公司2013-2015年度职业健康检查结果进行分析,了解劳动者健康状况。方法采用职业健康检查法、回顾性调查法进行分析研究。结果某包装公司2013-2015年度职业健康检查3年受检率、血常规、尿常规、心电图检查指标异常检出率比较均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);检出1项或1项以上指标异常者检出率、肝功能异常检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);肺功能、胸片、血糖异常者均未检出;2013年纯音听力测试检出异常者4人,2014、2015年度未检出。结论某包装公司目前未粉尘、噪声、高温等职业病危害因素造成的职业损伤,但职业因素与非职业因素已成为影响劳动者身体健康的主要因素,应加强重视。

Results Some packaging company occupational health examination for 3 years from 2013 to 2015 b. rate, blood routine, urine routine, electrocardiogram test index anomaly detection is no statistical significance（P﹥0.05）; Check out one or more than one index was abnormal detection rate, liver function is abnormal detection rate comparison difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.05）; chest X-ray, blood sugar was abnormal lung function were detected;4 pure tone hearing test detection was abnormal in 2013, it is not checked out in 2014 and 2015. Conclusion Some packaging company is not currently the occupational-disease-inductive factors such as dust, noise, high temperature caused by occupational injuries, but professional and amateur factors has become the main factors influencing the laborer health, should strengthen the attention.
