非热康谱治疗仪对维持性血透患者自体动静脉内瘘功能不良的影响效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨非热康谱治疗仪(FISICO)对维持性血透患者自体动静脉内瘘功能不良的影响。方法收集了我院30例自体动静脉内瘘功能不良的患者,男12例,女18例,年龄20~65岁,根据是否愿意接受FIR,分治疗组和对照组各15例。治疗组采用非热康谱仪照射,对照组只采用常规护理,在治疗3个月后,治疗组内瘘血流充足,血管杂音增强,血管弹性增强,对照组无改变。结论动静脉内瘘功能不良的患者采用非热康谱远红外线照射,可改善内瘘血流量,减少内瘘并发症的发生。
