根管治疗牙髓病常见并发症处理及相关因素分析

The management and analysis of complications after root canal therapy for dental pulp disease

目的：探究股骨近端髓内钉手术对老年股骨转子间EvansⅣ型骨折髋关节功能的影响。方法选取2010年6月至2015年5月徐州市贾汪区人民医院收治的113例因牙髓病进行根管治疗后发生并发症患者，患牙共125颗。对所有患者的临床资料、并发症处理原则及方法进行回顾性分析。结果该组患者均采用局部治疗结合全身疗法，均治愈。统计学结果显示下颌患牙发生并发症风险明显高于上颌患牙（P〈0.01）；发生并发症风险有随年龄增高的趋势（P〈0.01）；磨牙发生多种并发症风险高于前牙及前磨牙（P〈0.01）。结论牙髓病根管治疗可以通过认真仔细、精心操作有效降低并发症发生率，一旦出现并发症，应立即采取有效措施进行治疗。

ObjectiveTo investigate the cause and management of complications after root canal therapy for dental pulp disease.Methods From June 2010 to May 2015,Totally 113 cases （125 teeth） patients with complications after root canal therapy for dental pulp disease were analyzed retrospectively in People＆#39;s Hospital of Jiawang District in Xuzhou City.Results In all patients with complications after root canal therapy were cured with the management according to their reason respectively. In addition, we found that the age of the patient, the site of the teeth with dental pulp disease were responsible for the complications after root canal therapy （P〈0.01）.Conclusions The complications after root canal therapy for dental pulp disease may be decreased with carefully and skillfully treatment , and the complications should be managed as soon as possible to improve the success rate of treatment.
