YKL-40和MPV在2型糖尿病及其微血管并发症中的意义

摘要 近年来,随着糖尿病发病率的不断增加,2型糖尿病合并微血管病变的发病率也随之增加,对2型糖尿病合并微血管病变的早期诊断成为目前临床领域研究的热点。几丁质酶3样蛋白1(YKL-40),有促进炎症的生物功能,可以通过促进血管内皮细胞趋化、黏附、扩散和迁移导致内皮功能障碍。血小板体积(MPV)含有致密颗粒较多,并且能分泌更多的5-羟色胺和凝血酶球蛋白,产生更多的血栓烷A2,使2型糖尿病患者处于血栓前状态,这也促进了血管病变的发生和发展,两者均与2型糖尿病及其微血管并发症相关,对预测糖尿病合并微血管病变者有一定意义。
