摘要 通过对国内热处理炉烧嘴燃烧故障原因分析,尤其对烧嘴燃烧故障维护方法进行调研,结合现场维修经验,通过改变换热器的焊接结构和烧嘴煤气旋流片材质,保证火焰燃烧刚性;改变辐射管预应力吊挂位置,减少辐射管拉应力对陶瓷内管的损坏,保证辐射管内烟气流动方向正确,总结了一套快速诊断与处理烧嘴故障的方法。系统的保养与维修,使3座热处理炉平均烧嘴故障率由原来的8%下降至3%,降低备件成本及人工维修费用支出,直接效益达300万元/年以上。 Through analysis on the reasons for burner combustion failure of domestic heat treatment fur- nace, and the maintenance methods for burner combustion failure was especially researched, combined with field re- pair experience, by changing the welding structure of heat exchanger and the material of burner gas swirl to keep the burning rigid of flame, changing the prestressed hanging position of radiation tubes to reduce the stress damage of tensile from radiation tube to inner ceramic tube and ensure the correct direction of smoke flow in radiant tubes, thus, a set of methods for rapid diagnosis and treatment for burner failure were summarized. Through systematical maintenance and repairing, the average failure rate of burners in three heat treatment furnaces was decreased from o- riginal 8% to 3%, thus the cost of spare parts and the artificial repair expenses were reduced , and the direct benefit is over three million yuan per year.
