舒芬太尼靶控输注对心脏二尖瓣置换术麻醉恢复质量的影响

Effect of target-controlled infusion of sufentanil on the post-anesthesia recovery quality of the mitral valve replacement surgery

目的 研究心脏二尖瓣置换术靶控输注舒芬太尼麻醉对术后恢复的影响.方法 临床纳入96例2012年8月至2014年8月收治的行心脏二尖瓣置换术的患者,将所有患者按随机抽样法分为两组,每组48例.对照组48例患者使用芬太尼靶控输注进行麻醉,观察组48例患者使用舒芬太尼靶控输注进行麻醉.观察两种麻醉方式对术后恢复的影响情况.结果 术中、术后观察发现,观察组血流动力学、VAS评分以及不良反应发生率均优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 心脏二尖瓣置换术使用舒芬太尼靶控输注进行麻醉效果较好,术后患者恢复情况更佳,疼痛降低,对血流动力学影响小,不良反应少,值得临床应用及推广.

Objective To study the effect of target-controlled infusion of sufentanil on the postoperative recovery of the mitral valve replacement surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients underwent the mitral valve replacement surgery from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group adopted the target-controlled infusion of fentanyl and observation group adopted the target-controlled infusion of sufentanil.The effects of the different anesthesia methods on the postoperative recovery of the two groups were observed.Results During and after surgery,the haemodynamics,VAS scores and adverse effect rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions During the mitral valve replacement surgery,the target-controlled infusion of sufentanil has better anesthetic effect and recovery quality,reduces the pains,and has fewer impact on haemodynamics and has fewer adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
