复方樟柳碱穴位注射联合血栓通治疗眼底出血的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and safety of compound anisodine acupoint injection combined with xueshuantong on fundus hemorrhage

目的 分析复方樟柳碱穴位注射联合血栓通治疗眼底出血的临床疗效及安全性.方法 随机选取62例眼底出血患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组（31例,31只眼）和观察组（31例,31只眼）,对照组采取银杏达莫注射液治疗,观察组采取复方樟柳碱穴位注射联合血栓通治疗,2周为1个疗程,治疗2～3个疗程后对比两组患者的降眼压效果,并对其安全性进行评价.结果 观察组有效率为93.55％,对照组为74.19％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组患者均无不良反应发生.结论 眼底出血采取复方樟柳碱穴位注射联合血栓通治疗临床效果显著,患者视力改善,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of compound anisodine injection combined with xueshuantong on fundus hemorrhage.Methods A total of 62 patients with fundus hemorrhage were randomly selected as the research objects according to the different treatment methods,and were divided into control group （n =31,31 eyes） and observation group （n =31,31 eyes）.Yinxingdamo injection was used in control group,the observation group adopted compound anisodine acupoint injection combined with xueshuantong,2 weeks for a course of treatment,after 2 to 3 courses of treatment,the effects of lowering intraocular pressure,and its security was evaluated.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,and that of the control group was 74.19%,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）;no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusions Compound anisodine acupoint injection combined with xueshuantong in the treatment has significant clinical effect on fundus hemorrhage,the patient＇s vision is improved,it is worth of clinical application.
