rs2200733多态性与心房颤动的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 心房颤动(房颤)是临床上最常见的持续性心律失常,它的发病机制目前尚不完全清楚。近年来,越来越多的研究表明基因遗传因素在房颤的发病机制中发挥着重要作用。随着分子遗传学的不断发展,许多与房颤相关的染色体基因位点被定位了出来,4号染色体长臂2区5带(4q25)上的单核苷酸多态位点rs2200733就是其中重要的一员。研究表明,rs2200733多态性不仅与房颤的发生有显著相关性,而且与房颤并发的缺血性脑卒中、冠状动脉旁路移植术后房颤的发生、射频消融术及直流电复律后房颤的复发之间可能也存在相关性。
