摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同比例的CdxZn1-xS光催化剂(x分别为0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1),利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱等分析手段对材料的结构和光学特性等进行了表征。研究了不同物质的量比的CdxZn1-xS光催化剂对甲基橙(MO)、亚甲基蓝(MB)和罗丹明B(Rh B)这3种染料的催化降解性能。结果表明:所制备的材料对3种染料均具有较高的催化活性,其中Cd0.6Zn0.4S的催化活性最高,有机污染物均在1 h内被完全降解,同时其具有极好的重复使用性,连续降解5次的降解率均在90%以上。
Photocatalysts with different proportions of Cd,Zn1-xS (x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1) have been synthesized by sol-gel method. Their structures and optical characteristics are characterized by analysis approaches, including scan- ning electron microscopy (SEM). X-ray diffraction (XRD), and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The catalytic degradation capacity of Cd,Zn1-xS with different quantity relative ratios for three kinds of dyestuff, namely, methyl orange, methylene blue and rhodamine B are investigated. The results show that the catalytic activity of the prepared material for the three kinds of dyestuff are all comparatively high, among which the catalytic activity of Cd,Znl-~ is the highest. Organic pollutants can completely be degraded within 1 h. Meanwhile it has very good reusability, and the degradation rate of the material tested for 5 times continuously is above 90%.
