A Discussion on the Influence Factors of Knowledge Contributors' Behavior in Social Network

近几年,社交网络逐渐成为知识共享的重要工具。知识贡献者作为知识共享的主要角色,其本身的行为因素值得探究。文章结合中外研究成果及社交网络的特点,归纳知识贡献者的行为影响因素。对知识贡献者所需注意的问题和行为影响因素的分析,能够优化社交网络的运营机制和加强知识贡献者的作用。

In recent years, social network has gradually become an important tool of knowledge sharing. Knowledge contributors are the main role in knowledge sharing, and thier behavior factors should be explored. This paper, combined with domestic and foreign research results and the characteristics of the social network, sums up knowledge contributors＇ behavior influence factors. The analysis of influence factors and the things that knowledge contributor should pay attention to, aims at opitimizing the operating mechanism of social networks and enhancing the use knowledge contributor.
