摘要
煤粉工业锅炉以煤粉浓相室式燃烧为技术基础,耦合先进成熟的烟气污染物联合脱除工艺,锅炉系统可实现高能效及超低排放运行。文章主要阐述了锅炉烟风系统的工艺原理,总结了煤粉安定储罐(塔)、无脉动浓相供料器、煤粉浓相着火及中心逆喷双锥燃烧器、锅炉本体、高倍率灰钙循环脱硫除尘一体化、低温炭基选择性催化还原脱硝等核心与关键单元技术(装置)的特征、技术指标。并以神东煤粉工业锅炉项目及天津津能集团示范项目为典型实例,介绍了示范工程的应用效果。
Based on chamber combustion with high pulverized coal concentration,and combined with advanced gaseous pollutants reduction technics,high energy efficiency and ultra-low emission can be achieved in the operation of pulverized coal fired industrial boiler systems. In this article, technical principle of the boiler' s air and flue gas system was introduced,characteristics of key unite technologies( devices) and technical indexes in boilers were summarized,including pulverized coal stabilization tank( tower),pulseless concentrated phase feeder,etc. The application effect was described according to the typical demonstration projects of Shendong pulverized coal fired industrial boiler and Tianjin Energy Group demonstration project.
