摘要
以大峰矿无烟煤制备超级电容器电极材料,采用低温氮吸附法和X射线衍射法对最佳条件下制备的活性炭进行分析。结果表明:最佳条件下制备的活性炭电极材料在6 mol/L的KOH电解液中比电容为344.976 F/g。制备的活性炭呈无定型结构,主要以微孔为主,还有一定比例的中孔,孔径分布合理。电极材料电容性能良好、可逆性好,以双电层储能为主,循环性能良好,电容保持率在90%以上。
Dafeng mine anthracite was used to prepare supercapacitor electrode material, low- temperature nitrogen adsorption and X-ray diffraction were applied to analyze the preparation of activated carbon under optimal conditions. The results showed that the specific capacitance in 6mol / L KOH electrolyte of activated carbon electrode material prepared under optimal conditions is 344. 976 F / g. The activated carbon was in amorphous structure with reasonable pore size distribution,mainly comprised of micropores,and a certain percentage of mesopores. The electrode material has favorable capacitive performance, reversibility and cycle performance with double electrode layer energy storage, and the capacitance retention rate is over 90%.
