矿井可行性研究报告中应首先明确批复矿区总体规划中的矿井设计生产能力,然后阐述批复后矿井外部建设条件和资源条件是否发生了重大变化及可能对设计生产能力确定的影响程度。提出包括批复总体设计生产能力在内的至少三个相邻方案参与比较。对影响矿井设计生产能力主要因素进行全面综合论证分析后,最终推荐矿井设计生产能力。

Mine feasibility study report shall firstly determine the designed production capacity of the approved master plan of mining area,then elaborate whether there are significant changes in mine external construction and resource conditions,if there are,analyze the possible influences on design production capacity. The paper points out that, at least three adjacent schemes shall be compared,including the approved overall designed production capacity. After comprehensive analysis of the main factors affecting the design and production capacity of mine, the recommended mine design and production capacity is proposed.
