基于预测卸载时间的大容量箕斗曲轨装卸技术研究

摘要 针对煤矿大容量箕斗曲轨卸载方式存在着冲击力大、损坏严重等问题,选取50t立井大型提煤箕斗进行曲轨自动卸载的研究,从对曲轨卸载的原理和理论分析入手,提出了基于预测卸载时间的控制策略,通过对卸载时间的预测,为解决装卸协调一致问题提供依据;明确了曲轨卸载系统新思路,通过设计、调整箕斗参数,得到了期望曲线,对比分析开启力和应力情况,表明改进后的卸载系统可以满足应力变化需求,降低冲击和损伤。 Aiming at the large impact and serious rail damage in curve rail unloading of coal mine large capacity skip,automatic curve rail unloading technology is studied based on 50-ton large coal skip for vertical shaft. The control strategy based on unloading time prediction was proposed according to the principle and theoretical analysis, and through the unloading time prediction and the basis for loading-unloading coordination was provided. New thought was proposed for the curved rail unloading system,through design and adjustment of the skip parameters,the expectation curve was obtained.The comparative analysis on force and stress situation show that the improved system can meet the demand of stress variation,reduce the impact and damage.
