综采工作面刮板输送机新型挡矸防护装置设计

Design of a novel gangue blocker for scraper conveyer in fully mechanized working face

在现有综采设备使用经验的基础上,结合已有防护措施,在刮板输送机上开发了安装在电缆槽上的挡矸防护装置,考虑到不同煤矿的使用需求,设计有机械式、液压式两种结构形式,能够有效起到挡矸防护作用,并且便于操作维护,在实际应用中改善了工作面工作人员的安全状况。

Based on the application experience of present fully mechanized mining equipment and existing safety,combining with the current protection measures of scraper conveyer,a gangue blocker was developed for scraper conveyor,installed on cable trough. Both mechanical and hydraulic types were designed to meet different applicable conditions of coal mines. The device is easy to maintain and can effectively block the gangue,which can improve the safety condition of working face workers in actual production.
