摘要
主要研究了在不同温度下,振动外场对线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)/超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维共混体系结晶行为的影响。扫描电镜(SEM)分析结果表明,在125℃或150℃下施加振动后,LLDPE/UHMWPE纤维共混体系都形成了串晶结构,而升高温度不利于串晶结构的形成。差示扫描量热分析(DSC)的结果也表明,施加振动后共混体系出现了特殊晶体。广角X射线衍射分析(WAXD)的结果表明,施加振动后共混体系的取向度得到了提高。力学性能测试结果表明,施加振动后共混体系的拉伸强度有所提升。
The impacts of vibration field at different temperatures on the crystallization behavior of linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)/ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) fiber blends were mainly investigated. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) results show that the LLDPE/UHMWPE fiber blends have formed shish-kebab structure since the vibration has been applied at 125℃ and 150℃, and raising the temperature is not conducive to the formation of shish-kebab structure. The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) results show that the blends appear special crystal after applying vibration. The wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) results show that the orientation of the blends has been improved after applying vibration. The mechanical property testing show that tensile strength of the blends has been improved to some extent after applying vibration.
