摘要
介绍了长玻纤增强热塑性复合材料(LFRT)的性能及应用,总结了LFRT粒料以及LFRT在线配混注塑成型的工艺流程,综述了对LFRT注塑成型制品力学性能的影响因素,包括纤维长度、纤维取向、界面性能等,并对该复合材料今后的研究方向进行了展望。
The properties and application of long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites(LFRT) are described in this paper. Process flow of LFRT granules as well as LFRT direct processing by means of injection moulding are summarized. The effect of fiber length, fiber orientation, interfacial properties and other factors on the mechanical properties of the LFRT for injection moulding are reviewed. The future development of the composite materials is forecasted.
