闪镀镍在冷轧板表面处理中的应用

简述了闪镀镍的镀液组成、覆盖能力和镀层结合力方面的特点与优势,概述了闪镀镍层作为冷轧板镀铜、锌、锡等中间层的应用现状,比较了几种应用于冷轧板表面处理中的闪镀镍工艺。指出了闪镀镍存在的问题(如孔隙率高)并提出了相关解决措施,建议采用热扩散进行后处理。最后对闪镀镍技术在冷轧板中的应用进行了展望。

The characteristics and advantages of flash nickel plating including bath composition, throwing power and adhesion of coating were briefly introduced. The application status of flash nickel coating as an intermediate coating for copper, zinc and tin plating on cold rolled plate were reviewed. The properties of several flash nickel plating processes applied to surface treatment of cold rolled plate were compared. Some problems existing in flash nickel plating such as high porosity of coating were pointed out, and corresponding solutions, for example, post-treatment by thermal diffusion, were presented. The application of flash nickel plating to cold rolled plate were prospected.
